Refund, Transfer & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Transfer & Refund Policy for Dale Carnegie Course, Sales Success, Sales Advantage and Leadership Training for Managers:
Registrants who enroll and pay full tuition may make a one-time transfer to another program, provided notice is given as outlined below. Discount tuition registrants will not be allowed transfers or refunds (view discounted tuition policy below). All credits for paid courses and seminars will expire one year from the date of issue.

  • A full refund will be issued when notice of cancellation is given before the start of session two

  • If payments are made with a credit card, a $75 fee will be deducted from the refund

  • If books are taken from the classroom, a $100 book charge will be deducted from the refund

  • No refund will be issued after session two; however, a permanent make-up in another class offered by G. Mitchell Hartman and Associates will be provided, expiring one year from the date of issue

Cancellation, Transfer & Refund Policy for One Day, Two Day & Three Day Seminars (excluding High Impact Presentations & The Millennial Public Speaking Boot Camp):
To create an optimal learning environment for condensed learning, class size is limited to a maximum of 25. Registrants who enroll and pay full tuition may
make a one-time transfer to another program, provided notice is given as outlined below. However, discounted tuition registrants will not be allowed transfers or refunds (view discounted tuition policy below). All credits for paid courses and seminars will expire one year from the date of issue.

  • A full refund will be issued only when notice of cancellation is given one week before the start of session one

  • If payments are made with a credit card, a $75 fee will be deducted from the refund

  • No refund will be issued one week before the start of class; however, a one-time transfer to another program offered by G. Mitchell Hartman and Associates will be provided, expiring one year from the date of issue 

Cancellation, Transfer & Refund Policy for High-Impact Presentations:
Payment must be received in order to reserve a seat in the High-Impact Presentations program. In the High-Impact Presentations program, we create the appropriate environment conducive to enhance one-on-one coaching by limiting the number of participants enrolled in the program to 10. To protect the experience of all participants and maintain the quality of the program, we will not offer refunds/transfers for cancellations in the High-Impact Presentations program. We encourage participants who need to cancel to instead send another participant in his/her place.

Cancellation, Transfer & Refund Policy for Millennial Public Speaking Boot Camp:
Payment must be received in order to reserve a seat in the Millennial Boot Camp program. In the Millennial Boot Camp program, we create the appropriate environment conducive to enhance one-on-one coaching by limiting the number of participants enrolled in the program to 10. To protect the experience of all participants and maintain the quality of the program, we will not offer refunds/transfers for cancellations in the Millennial Boot Camp program. We encourage participants who need to cancel to instead send another participant in his/her place.
 
Cancellation, Transfer & Refund Policy for Discounted Tuition:

  • No refund or transfer will be issued for enrollments booked at a discounted tuition rate

  • This policy pertains to any reduced pricing, discounts, deals and/or special offers received at the time of enrollment

  • Please be sure to pay the full tuition rate if outlined transfer or refund option above is desired

Cancellation, Transfer & Refund Policy for Workshops & Half-Day Seminars:

  • No refund or transfer will be issued for workshops and half-day seminars

  • All workshops & half-day seminars must be paid-in-full prior to event

Cancellation, Transfer & Refund Policy for Executive Coaching:
Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of the agreed upon date and time of your booked session(s). Without 48 hours notice, you will be responsible for the full amount of the scheduled session(s). In the event of an emergency, we will allow a one time exception. Otherwise, a full refund will be given for any unreserved session(s). If payment was made with a credit card, a fee will be deducted from the refund. The fee will be based upon the amount we received. 

Dale Carnegie Training reserves the right to cancel or modify any of its program start dates with at least 14 business days notice.
