Overview

Dale Carnegie Training offers customized Executive Coaching for professionals who require intensive and immediate results-driven training. We achieve targeted results based on measurable goals defined by the client. Our highly refined coaching process and proven ability to motivate change provide the platform for success. Coaching is available for all competencies covered within any Dale Carnegie Curriculum, a resource encompassing hundreds of programs.

  • Trainers maintain full time positions and are required to complete annual continuing education. Therefore, they are relevant and fluid in current business issues and draw from extensive training experiences for alternative coaching approaches to drive successful results.

Process

Dale Carnegie Training has a well defined coaching process, as follows:

  • The coach discusses the business need with the manager and establishes measurable outcomes, based on ROI.

  • The coach meets with the associate to determine synergy, establish mutually agreeable goals based on management direction and session schedule.

  • During each meeting, accountability is established and maintained. Challenges are reviewed, with positive behavior reinforced and negative behavior discussed to increase awareness and identify alternative approaches. Future positive outcomes are established based on change. Progress towards existing goals is evaluated, and new assignments are provided for the next meeting. Intentionality of behavior is emphasized.

  • The coach sends a follow up email or phone call to the manager outlining progress made and existing areas of challenge.

Pricing:

  • 1 - 9 Sessions: $400 per hour

  • Over 10 Sessions: $300 per hour
Cancellation Policy:One-on-one coaching hours are scheduled upon the client’s request. A 48-hour cancellation notice is required for all changes or time will be charged as booked.
 
The number and duration of sessions is determined before the start of the project between the Manager and Dale Carnegie Sales Consultant, with input from the coach, if needed.
